The start of the new Lunar Year begins today and is celebrated by Chinese families.

This year we welcome the FIRE MONKEY or the 4,713th Chinese year.

In Chinese astrology there are 12 animals. The monkey is the ninth animal in this zodiac. And this year marks the fourth element of fire of the five known to be metal, water, wood, fire and earth.
